If, after you type in the password and click on the Submit button, you return
to the login page - you may have cookies disabled in your browser. For privacy
reasons, some people have cookies disabled in their browsers. The password itself
is not stored in a cookie on your computer, but the fact that you entered the
correct password and are now permitted to download ebooks is stored in a cookie
on your computer.
To enable cookies, in Internet Explorer's menu, select Tools | Internet Options,
to open the Internet Options dialog box, then click on the Privacy tab.
If, after you type in the password and click on the Submit button, You receive
the message "Ready to Download...", your password has been accepted. After a short
delay the Download dialog box should appear. If the Download dialog
box does not appear, see the section below.
File Will Not Download
If you receive the message "Ready to Download...", but no download dialog box
materializes, check for the following problems.
1. There is a delay before the download box appears, on days when the site is
especially busy, the delay may be as long as 20 seconds or longer. Please wait.
2. Your Web browser security setting may be set too high. The download mechanism
relies on cookies and iframes. Make sure the security level setting on
your Web browser does not disable these features.
In Internet Explorer select the Tools | Internet Options... menu. In the
Internet Options dialog box select the Security tab. Click on the
[Custom Level...] button. In the Settings dialog box, make sure cookies,
downloads, and IFRAMES are all enabled.
3. A popup dialog box will appear requesting a folder in which to place the
download. If you have a popup blocker enabled, the download dialog box will not be
blocked. Disable the popup blocker.
4. If your Internet connection goes through a firewall or proxy server. Make sure
the security level setting for the firewall or proxy server does not disable the
features mentioned above.
5. There is a virus that prevents popup windows from appearing. Make sure your
virus definition file is up-to-date and run your Anti-virus program.
6. You can view the number of times each file was downloaded during the current
month by clicking here.
If you see the number of downloads for the ebook has increased, you I know that
others are successfully downloading the ebook.

• If the download has the file extension .chm
This is a standard Microsoft HTML Help file. A vulnerability has been discovered in HTML Help that
could allow remote code execution. For this reason, Microsoft recently released security update,
Microsoft Security Bulletin MS05-026
that disables the use of the HTML Help ActiveX control. In Windows Vista, the security
update is included by default.
If you attempt to open the file and the following message is displayed
Navigation to the webpage was canceled:
Microsoft Knowledge Base KB902225
describes the following work around: To resolve this problem ... right-click the file that you want to
open, click Properties, and then click the Unblock button.

to learn how Windows Security Updates have purposely broken MS HTML Help functionality in an effort
to fix security holes in Windows. These updates get onto your PC either via the normal Windows Automatic
Update mechanism or as part of a Service Pack you may have installed.
users of Windows 95/98 may not have the latest HTML Help ActiveX controls installed on their
computers. You can download HTML Help Update (hhupd.exe) Here. After you
download the file, extract the zip file into a folder and double-click on setup.exe to execute the
setup program.
• If the download has the file extension .pdf
The file is in PDF (Portable Document Format). PDF is a popular format for
ebooks because it can be read on any operating system that has Adobe's free Acrobat
Reader installed. Most computers already have
Acrobat Reader installed.

• After you enter the password, the PDF will appear on your computer screen,
but many of the PDF ebooks will not work properly unless you actually download them to your
computer. (That's because some of the Contents menu items are actually links to articles on
this website). To download the PDF ebook, click on the second icon (floppy disk) in the PDF
readers menu bar. Then when you click on an item in Contents, a warning message box may appear
asking you if you want to allow this site. Check the URL in the message box, if it's
bucarotechelp.com, then click to Allow.
• If the download has the file extension .zip
The file is a compressed archive. To expand the file you'll need a zip file extractor.
7-Zip is a free open source file extracting tool with a graphical user interface that works
with Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP/Vista. There's a command line version that works with Linux/Unix.
