Send me your ad copy and the page where you want to post it (URL or section/subsection) and I'll post it ASAP. Ads are posted below the website's header, at or near the top of the left column. After you inspect your ad online you can pay through paypal.

Where Your Ad Will Appear

Your ad will appear in the left column of the website. If you purchased a front page ad, your ad will appear in the left column of the front page. If you purchased an ad in a section of the website, your ad will appear in the left column of all pages in that section.

Initially your ad will appear at the top of the left column, just below the site's header and main menu bar. If someone purchases an ad after yours, their ad will be placed at the top of the left column and yours will move down one position. Each time someone purchases an ad, it will be placed at the top of the left column, and all running ads will move down one position.

If, because of the above mentioned procedure, your ad moves down to a position where it is below the fold, I reserve the right to to move it to another column in order to bring it back bove the fold. (Note: "above the fold" is what a visitor with the most common screen resolution views without needing to scroll.)

Bucaro TecHelp makes no claims or guarantees as to any specific number of leads or sales as the result of advertisements placed on this Web site. If your goal when purchasing an ad is to increase your site's PageRank, note that although search engines index this site thoroughly and regularly, it may be several weeks before an particluar search engine finds your ad. Then, depending upon certain parameters, such as the age of your site, it may be several months before your site's PageRank is affected.

Payment Terms

Initially, your ad's link will be posted with a nofollow attribute. Immediately after payment is recieved, the nofollow attribute will be removed. Note that the nofollow attribute does not affect the operation of the link, but it does prevent search engines from counting the link to increase your site's PageRank.

An an email message will be sent to you immediately after your ad is posted online. Within 24 hours of receiving that message, you are to inspect your ad online and, if it's satisfactory, make payment to this email address: bucarotechelp@gmail.com.

If payment is not received within 24 hours, your ad will be taken offline awaiting payment. Immediately after payment is recieved, your ad will be posted and the nofollow attribute will be removed.

Refund Policy

If you purchase an ad for one year, and you cancel that ad before one year has elapsed, you'll be charged the monthly price for the months during which the ad was posted and the remainder of your money will be refunded. For example, if you purchased a front page ad for one year and you paid $60, then canceled the ad after 70 days, you would be charged for three months at $10 per month, so you would receive a $30 refund.

If you purchase an ad for one month and you cancel that ad before one month has elapsed, you will receive no refund because one month is the minimum interval ads are sold for, there is no shorter interval charge to revert to.

In order to receive a refund you must have an account at Paypal.com to which the refund can be transferred. It may require up to 90 days for your Paypal account to be credited.

Whether you cancel a one year ad or a one month ad you may request the remaining interval to held in your account. Then I will take the canceled ad off line immediately and reserve the remaining time for your future ad, but the time held in your account must be used within 90 days.

The best solution for cancellations is to provide an alternate ad to run in place of the one that was canceled. If you are an advertising agency you could substitute an ad for your agency. There is no charge to replace an ad with another ad as long as it is not done on a frequent basis.
