This application generates a list of random integers with no duplicates. In order
to have no duplicates the difference between the Minimum and Maximum values must be
less than the number of random values desired.
After filling in the form and clicking on the [Generate] button, use your mouse pointer
to copy the list of random integers from the text area and paste them into your application.
